“Development is a privilege, but it’s also a responsibility.”

- Mickey Zeppelin, Founder & Co-President Zeppelin

Zeppelin develops more than properties. We create access – building projects that fill unmet needs. We spark creativity and collaboration – focusing on human-centric design. We are champions of the communities we work in – long-term investment ensures our commitment to a neighborhood’s endurance.

anticipating what’s to come

Now home to nine buildings, over 110 business and 100+ full-time residences, it’s hard to imagine that TAXI’s bustling campus was once an abandoned brownfield site. One of the fundamental pillars of Zeppelin’s success has been identifying underused properties in former-industrial areas, and an old Yellow Cab depot on the river provided the perfect opportunity.

don’t repeat, pioneer

Core to the Zeppelin approach is a pioneering mentality - gauging what's needed in the market and being courageous in introducing new concepts. Originally built as an iron foundry in the 19th century, The Source Market Hall was the first modern market hall in Denver and was designed for artisans, creators and the community to interact. Five years after its inception, Zeppelin is expanding the Source complex with a 100-room hotel, River North's first independent hospitality offering, as well as two new restaurants, retail goods, and an experimental pilot brewery by New Belgium.
